01What does the Gap Scanner read?
Up to 60 public pages of the help centre you paste, found through its sitemap, or by following links if there isn't one. It follows robots.txt, stays on the same address and never signs in. It doesn't keep the page text once the report is built: only the page addresses, the short quotes in the findings and the findings themselves.
02What counts as a gap?
A question a customer would plausibly ask that the pages leave unanswered, answer vaguely (no number, deadline or condition), or answer two different ways. Each finding quotes the page and says what's missing. Questions about internal process, like approval limits or who signs off, are left out: those belong in your agent's internal content, not a public help centre.
03Why does this matter for an AI agent?
An AI agent such as Fin or Zendesk AI answers from your help centre. Where the pages are silent it has to say it doesn't know, or it guesses. Where two pages disagree, it can give either answer. The scanner finds those places before your customers do.
04Is it accurate?
An automated read of public pages. It can be wrong. Every quote is checked against the page it came from, and findings whose quote isn't on the page are dropped. It can still miss context, especially content your agent has that isn't public. Mark those findings covered internally.
05What happens with my email?
We email you the report. Numair may follow up once. No list. A work email gets every finding and a private link you can share. A personal email gets the top 3, the same rule as our free trial.
06What does Keeplore do with the gaps?
The answers are usually in someone's head: whoever on your team answers those tickets today. Keeplore interviews them in a text chat and turns what they say into rules a manager approves and your agent can query. 2 interviews are free.
