The price follows your size
Bigger companies have more people leaving and changing role, so their plan includes more interviews and each one costs less. Need more? Extra interviews are €300 each.
| Company size | Per year | Interviews included | Per interview |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 300 people | €6,000 | 15 | €400 |

What's included
The interview
A plain-text chat of 30 to 45 minutes that keeps asking about exceptions, approvals and workarounds. People can pause and come back.
Rules with sources
Each rule has a when, a do, a why and the exact quote it came from. Rules whose quote isn't in the transcript are dropped.
Manager review
You approve, edit or reject every rule. Only approved rules reach an agent.
The API and export
Your agent calls POST /api/v1/query. GET /api/v1/export returns every approved rule as JSON or Markdown.
Leaving or staying
Interview people before they go, or capture what experts know while they're still here.
Privacy
App and database in Frankfurt, a data processing agreement, consent before every interview, deletion in one click.
No email, Slack or calendar integrations, on purpose. No SOC 2 or ISO certification yet. Read more on security and in the DPA.
01How much does Keeplore cost?
2 interviews are free. A 4-week pilot is €1,500 flat for up to 5 interviews. After that it is a yearly plan sized to your company: €6,000 for up to 300 people with 15 interviews, €12,000 for 300 to 1,000 people with 40, or €24,000 above 1,000 with 100. Extra interviews are €300 each.
02Do I need a card or a call to try Keeplore?
No card. Sign up with your work email and you can run 2 interviews. You do not need a call or an integration to start.
03What if the pilot does not work for us?
The pilot is a flat €1,500 for up to 5 interviews over 4 weeks, and you decide afterwards whether to continue. The pilot terms are set in the pilot agreement.
04What do I get if I continue after the pilot?
The €1,500 is credited in full against your first year, so on the €6,000 plan your first invoice is €4,500. Your agents keep API access for as long as you are a customer.
05Why does the price depend on company size?
Larger companies have more people leaving, retiring and changing role each year, and their agents handle more questions. Each plan includes more interviews, so one interview costs less as you grow: €400 on the smallest plan, €240 on the largest. If you need more than your plan includes, extra interviews are €300 each.
06Is it worth it?
The median cost of replacing an employee is about 21% of their annual salary (Center for American Progress), or about €12,600 for someone earning €60,000. That counts all replacement costs, not only lost knowledge. Keeplore doesn't lower that cost. It keeps what the person knew: the rules stay after they leave, for every agent and new hire who needs them. The pilot measures your agent's answers before and after, so you see the difference on your own questions.
07Why not per seat?
You pay for the knowledge you capture, not for how many people look at it. Anyone at your company can review rules, and every agent can use them.
08Does the price include the API for our agent?
Yes. Every plan includes API access for as long as you are a customer. Your agent can query POST /api/v1/query, and it works during the free trial too. You can export every approved rule as JSON or Markdown from GET /api/v1/export.
09Do you have a data processing agreement, and where is data stored?
Yes. Keeplore offers a data processing agreement. The app and database run in the EU, in Frankfurt, and interview text is processed by Anthropic in the US. Employees give consent before their interview starts, and you can delete an interview and its rules in one click.
Try it before you decide.
Pick one person whose knowledge your agent is missing. Send them the interview link. Read the rules that come back.
